Dates are subject to change and are indicative only.  All times and dates refer to NZ standard time (unless otherwise specified).  Infratil reserves the right, where reasonable, to amend the timetable (including by extending the closing date for the Retail Offer or accepting late applications, either generally or in particular cases) having regard to market conditions, the circumstances of the Retail Offer and Infratil's business needs and subject to the NZX Listing Rules, ASX Listing Rules and applicable law.  Any extension of the closing date for the Retail Offer will have a consequential effect on the relevant Allotment Date.
